When you submit a complaint we store the text you write, any files you attach, the IP address the request came from, and — only if you choose to give it — an email address.当您提交投诉时，我们会存储您撰写的文字、您附加的任何文件、请求来源的 IP 地址，以及您自愿提供的电子邮件地址。

The text and files are the report itself — moderators cannot verify a claim without them.文字和文件本身就是举报内容——没有它们审核员无法核实指控。

The IP address exists only to rate-limit abuse: at most 3 submissions per address every 24 hours. It is never displayed, never published and never used to identify you.IP 地址仅用于限制滥用：每个地址在 24 小时内最多提交 3 次。它绝不会显示、发布，也不会用于识别您的身份。

An email address, if you give one, is used only to follow up on your own report.如果您提供电子邮件地址，仅用于就您本人的举报进行后续联系。

If a moderator publishes part of your account as a testimonial, it is attributed to “Anonymous Student” and edited to remove anything that could identify you.如果审核员将您的叙述部分发布为评价，署名为“匿名学生”，并会删除任何可能识别您身份的内容。

Rejected complaints have their email address and IP address deleted after 90 days. The decision and its reason are retained, without personal data, so moderation stays auditable.被驳回的投诉，其电子邮件地址和 IP 地址将在 90 天后删除。处理决定及理由会在不含个人数据的情况下保留，以便审核过程可供追溯。

Published content — profiles, evidence and testimonials — is kept while it remains accurate and in the public interest, and is removed on a successful right-of-reply request.已发布的内容——资料、证据和评价——在其准确且符合公共利益期间予以保留，若申诉成立则会被移除。

You can submit completely anonymously: leave the email field blank and we have no way to contact you, which is a deliberate trade-off you are free to make.您可以完全匿名提交：将电子邮件一栏留空，我们便无法与您联系——这是您可以自主选择的取舍。
